Refund Policy

In order to process a return, please follow the following steps:

  1. Enter the Order number and password used to place your order in the next page via the "Request Refund" link at the bottom of the page.
  2. Select a reason for the refund in the drop down and add any additional information you wish to process the refund.
  3. If your product has a 'Refund' button next to it, please click the button.
    NOTE: you will download a small file which will remove the license for your product on the following page. When prompted, please click 'OPEN' and allow the file to run. This downloaded program will not alter any program or collect any personal data. This program will simply unregister your paid program and confirm a refund may be granted.
    Upon successful removal, a refund will be processed for your product return.

  4. If your product utilizes our standard Letter of Destruction process, please read below. On the next page, you'll see a field to enter your email address. We will send you your Letter of Destruction (LOD) to this address:
  5. Follow the instructions in the e-mail. These instructions will inform you how to submit your LOD.
  6. Upon receiving the LOD, the returns department will validate the return according to our policy. All returns for digital product(s) must be within our return period for that product. Digital products purchased on this store are subject to a 15-day return policy.
  7. Once the Letter of Destruction is received, we will begin processing a credit within 3 to 5 business days.

*Please Note: We use the sent date of the returned LOD to determine compliance.
